Brief Introduction
The vibrating feeder is also called the vibrating feeder. In the production process, the vibrating feeder can feed the block and granular materials uniformly, regularly and continuously from the storage bin to the receiving device. In the production line, the crushing machine can feed continuously and evenly, and the material is coarsely sieved.
ZDW series single-axis vibrating feeder is mainly composed of spring bracket, vibration frame, vibration exciter, spring, motor seat and motor. The exciter is composed of eccentric shafts, bearings and other parts. It must be ensured that the hopper can swing freely during assembly.
When working, the motor drive, so that the belt groove coupling drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, thereby generating a huge exciting force, so that the body is forcedly vibrated on the supporting spring, and the material vibrates the main power to make the 15° trough. Sliding and throwing movements move the material forward to achieve the feeding purpose.
