YK Series Vibrating Screen: YK series vibrating screen is a high-efficiency type with multi-decks. The series of vibrating screen are with high screen efficiency and large capacity, widely used in quarry screening aggregate, also available in coal, mining, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical industries for product grading. It has the advantage of stable structure, powerful vibration, working in a high-efficiency speed, lower noise, and solid, lower repairing fee etc. Adjustable amplitude long material screening line, multi-layer screening, clear separating effect and high efficiency is another advantage.
Eccentric block of the vibrating screen is driven by the electric motor to run at a high speed, and produce centrifugal force that drives the screen box to do a circular motion with certain amplitude. The material on the sifter makes continual circular throwing motion. In the process, the particle that is less than the sifter hole will pass through the sifter so as to fulfill the process of classification.
